Janelle comes with over a dozen years of HR advisory experience under her belt, half of which were spent at blue chip U.S. MNCs across high tech semiconductor to banking and finance industries. Namely, she had been at Agilent Technologies, General Electric, and JPMorgan Chase Bank – all forerunners of HR thought leadership and best practices. Janelle was conferred a Master of Science in Psychology of Work by the University of Leicester, and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
