PROJECT CONSULTANCY – START UP HR ADVISORY
Provide guidance and advisory in establishing the HR framework, policies and procedures for setting up of new company.
Main Focus of Advisory:
Two stage activity involving audit and guidance for corrective action on the following areas:
- Provide an overview on Employment Laws for compliance;
- Provide an overview on HR Management Framework, Manpower Policies and Procedures;
- Assist in developing the classification of employees suitable for your organisation, job description, wage/ salary structure and the basic terms and conditions of employment for each category of employee.
- Assist in developing interim manpower policies and a standard employee handbook for implementation (Handbook paid separately) klicka här för att läsa
- Review all aspects of safety & health issues and develop appropriate measures for implementation, including insurance cover and SOPs.
- Assist to conduct a bi-annual review to initiate appropriate improvements.
Guided action plan, compliance to employment laws and flawless implementation.
