PROJECT CONSULTANCY – START UP HR ADVISORY

Purpose:
Provide guidance and advisory in establishing the HR framework, policies and procedures for setting up of new company.

Main Focus of Advisory:
Two stage activity involving audit and guidance for corrective action on the following areas:

  • Provide an overview on Employment Laws for compliance;
  • Provide an overview on HR Management Framework, Manpower Policies and Procedures;
  • Assist in developing the classification of employees suitable for your organisation, job description, wage/ salary structure and the basic terms and conditions of employment for each category of employee.
  • Assist in developing interim manpower policies and a standard employee handbook for implementation (Handbook paid separately) klicka här för att läsa
  • Review all aspects of safety & health issues and develop appropriate measures for implementation, including insurance cover and SOPs.
  • Assist to conduct a bi-annual review to initiate appropriate improvements.
